mummy's birthday

woke up this morning at 0530
prepared breakfast.
toasted the bread.
made the tea.
pours a small amount of milk into a small deep saucer.
walked on slowly into her room.
placed the surprise on her bed side table.
placed her present - a top, a sweater, a shawl
next to her bed.
crept back to bed to sleep.

a cheery voice woke me up at 0700.
got tucked back into bed by my mum.

1500 met lydia at the carpark.
made our way to town to settle some stuff at hsa.
rushed to get the pizza's from dominos and the cheesecake for the cheesecake shop.
THE CHEESECAKE SHOP! (:
and rushed back down to matilda bay for the surprise party.

not much of a surprise.
mum came before most of her guest arrived.
oh well.
sigh. it's not my fault it was a working day.
mummy was happy though.
very very happy.
the little kids we so cute.
the happy couples.
the old cheery grannies...
the amused small boy, lydia and judy staring intently at ian.
the ladies talking.
the gents sharing.
what a night.
except.
the mozzies!
at sunset.
the sky grew dark.
and immediately! the mozzies started to bite us...
we ended the party quick, and rush on home.
terrible mosquitoes.
lesson learnt. never go to matilda bay at night.
oh well.

mum's real happy.
and she made me real happy too...
off to study for lab test tmw.
rah.
